Androcare International andrology Institute (AndroLIVE) is set to open its doors to the world on Thursday, November 8, 2017.
The institute is a new hub for the UK’s biggest and most well-known androgynous company, LPGA and has already attracted attention for its $1 billion donation to the UK Cancer Research Fund.
But now the AndroLIVES centre will also be the venue for the world’s first mega-millionaire, Dr Johnnie Walker, to unveil his vision for the field.
Walker, whose company LPGACO owns the LPG-A brand, has been a prolific philanthropist and investor over the years, with his foundation having funded the construction of more than 1,000 new homes in his native England.
The UK has been ranked as the world leader in the field of gender-affirming surgery in recent years, but AndroLAB is the first UK clinic to open in the United States.
In its mission statement, AndroLab states that “our focus is on creating positive, life-changing outcomes for patients, our community and society at large.”
It is set up to be a hub for a new generation of gender scientists and the UK has also become a pioneer in its field, thanks to the recent launch of the US AndroProbe.
AndroLab is currently in talks with leading medical institutions around the world to set up a UK branch of the institute.
But the centre is set for opening in 2020.
